Easy Peasy Healthy Smoothies For Kids


I’m not much of a breakfast person and sometimes I would forget to eat it at all so about a year ago my sweet husband @dad.ventures started making me and the kids smoothies for breakfast. I tried lots of different kinds and different ingredients and eventually we figured out all our favorites!


Recently we got a new blender the Nutri Bullet, I am crazy in love with it and it’s so easy and safe to use along with our quick and easy Smoothie recipe that Noah who is 8 now makes our breakfast smoothies each morning! Super awesome right!


Here’s our super simple recipe that is easy, healthy and delicious enough that it almost tastes like a milkshake. I’m not a measurer and these are estimates and you can feel free to try out different amounts of ingredients to get the perfect taste for you.

Noah’s Delicious Berry Smoothie
1 cup plain organic yogurt
2 tsp vanilla flavoring
1 Banana
8-10 frozen strawberries or a mix of other frozen berries of your choice
1 Tbsp heavy whipping cream(this is where the deliciousness comes from)

Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth. After Noah is done making the smoothie he loves to put the sip top lid that comes with the Nutri Bullet, it’s super convenient for easy drinking. I love the taste of these smoothies, I love that they give me my daily yogurt which helps keep my body healthy and I love that there are only natural sugars from the fruit and I especially love that my kids love something that quick, easy and healthy!
